1. Start with a clean face.
2. Use the large head of the roller on the cheeks. Start at the jawline and apply light pressure as you roll outward toward the ears for lymphatic drainage.
3. Roll upward from the jawline toward the cheeks to sculpt the face and lift the skin.
4. Place the roller in the center of the forehead and roll outward towards the hairline.
5. Roll from the base of the jaw to the bottom of the neck.
6. Use the small head of the roller under the eyes. Gently roll upwards and outwards towards the temples.
7. Apply serums and creams before rolling your face. This will allow products like Hadaka PURITY Oil to penetrate deeper into the skin. Pair it with the Hadaka 24K Gold Mask for optimal results.

Place in the refrigerator before use for an amplified cooling effect. Use morning or evening as part of your skincare routine. Roll in one direction using long, sweeping motions. Do not pull on the skin as the lymphatic vessels lie directly beneath the surface – light pressure will do. Repeat each movement at least 3 times. Disinfect the roller regularly.
