Step 1: Preparation
Clean your feet : Wash your feet with warm water and soap to remove dirt and bacteria.
Soften the skin : Soak your feet in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes. You can add bath salt or essential oils to further soften the skin.
Step 2: Using the grater
Choose the right side of the grater :
Side 80:
Its very hard and rather spaced grain is perfect for sanding calluses.
Side 150:
Softer grain to smooth the skin's surface.
Gently file : Use light, even strokes on dry or slightly damp skin. Focus on thick areas like heels, soles, and outer edges. Avoid pressing too hard to avoid irritating or damaging the skin.
Step 3: Hydration
When finished, rinse your feet to remove any dead skin residue. Apply a moisturizer or foot lotion to nourish and protect the skin.
