OPI stay classic gel polish base is the base for normal or hard nails.
It can be applied alone or before your colored OPI gel polish.
Instructions :
1. Prepare nails by cleaning them and pushing back cuticles.
2. Apply a thin coat of OPI Gel Base Coat Classic.
3. Cure under an LED lamp for 30 seconds.
Ingredients: Polyurethane-57, Ethyl Acetate, Benzyl Methacrylate, Cellulose Acetate Butyrate, Isobornyl Methacrylate, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Bis(Methacryloyloxyethyl) Phosphate, BHT, p-Hydroxyanisole.
