Instructions :
Face
Mix 2 teaspoons of powder, gradually adding water until you get a paste that's easy to spread. Apply generously to keep the mask moist. As soon as it starts to dry, rinse.
For hair
The mask is prepared in the same way as for the face. Apply it section by section and work it into your scalp, massaging gently. If you have long hair, tie it in a bun while the mask is working, for about 15 minutes, then rinse. Avoid extending the mask to the ends, as this could dry them out.
