instructions :
- Start with a clean face.
- Use the large head of the roller on the cheeks. Start at the jawline and apply light pressure as you roll outward toward the ears for lymphatic drainage.
- Roll upwards from the jawline towards the cheeks to sculpt the face and lift the skin.
- Place the roller in the center of the forehead and roll outward toward the hairline.
- Roll from the base of the jaw to the bottom of the neck.
- Use the small head of the roller under the eyes. Gently roll upwards and outwards towards the temples.
